Due to the severe flooding affecting the Cederberg region, the roads leading to Citrusdal have been cut off and are impassable. This situation is causing unavoidable delays in our installation services as well as some online orders.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time. Rest assured, we are monitoring the situation closely and will keep everyone updated as conditions change.
Please note that stock shipments from Cape Town and Johannesburg remain unaffected and will proceed as scheduled.
For our customers in Citrusdal and other flood-affected areas in the Western Cape, please stay warm and stay safe.
